The Broch ended their Highland League campaign with a 2-0 win against Huntly at Bellslea Park with goals coming from Jamie Beagrie and Paul Campbell to cement a highly respectable 5th place league finish.


Well done to all Fraserburgh players, management and committee on a good 2016/17 season from all at F.F.C.S.C. We look forward to next season.


The Broch squandered a 2-0 goal lead to lose 3-2 away to Inverness Clachnacuddin in their final away league match. The Broch raced into a 2-0 lead within the first 20 minutes with goals from Gary Harris and Aidan Combe. Clach pegged it back to 2-2 at half time and then they netted the winner in with 7 minutes to go to take the 3 points. Next Saturday sees the Broch end their Highland League campaign at home to Huntly.


The Broch lost 5-2 at home to title chasing Buckie Thistle in an entertaining match at the Bellslea. The Broch took the lead through a Mikety Rae thunderbolt but Buckie scored 2 goals to lead 2-1 at half time. Buckie then scored 2 futher goals to make it 4-1 before Broch captain Ryan Christie scored a free-kick to make it 4-2. Buckie then scored a 5th to round off the scoring. Credit to the Broch players on giving Buckie a real game. Saturday sees the Broch's final away game of the season away to Inverness Clachnacuddin. There will be no supporters bus to this match.


The Broch tasted defeat for in the league for the first time in 2017 with a 1-0 home defeat to Formartine United. Jamie Masson scored the winner midway through the first half.
